Statutory Guarantee

At BRIDLERY, you as a consumer are entitled to your statutory guarantee rights.

In Germany, newly purchased goods are generally covered by a statutory guarantee period of two years from the date of receipt.

If a product is defective upon delivery or a defect occurs for which we are legally responsible, you can exercise your statutory guarantee rights. These include, in particular, the right to have the product repaired or replaced free of charge. Under certain legal conditions, you may also be entitled to further remedies, such as a price reduction or withdrawal from the purchase contract.

How can you report a defect?

If you discover a defect, simply contact our customer service team or use our complaint form. We will review your request and assist you with the next steps.
